Randomness

I haven't posted in a while mainly because my life has been pretty routine and there hasn't been much to comment on. I wouldn't want to deprive my "fans" for too long though, so I decided I'd slap some random things together to come up with a post. Work has been insane for the past month and it doesn't look like it's going to get better anytime soon. I saw 32 people in 12 hours the other day. I sewed 3 of them up, lanced a few of their abscesses, and x-rayed and splinted most of the rest of them, which makes for a really long shift. The flu is making a comeback, especially in kids, and the stomach virus that's been going around since Christmas is still hanging around. Surprisingly enough, I haven't anyone who's been afflicted with the Salmonella peanut butter yet. Of course, now that I've said that I'll probably see 20 people tomorrow that will swear it's the PB.
I borrowed the new Keith Urban CD from my friend Jenny yesterday, and I can't stop listening to it. You should check it out if you like, country and if you don't you should still give it a try. It has just the right balance of upbeat and slow songs, and they actually don't all sound the same. All things that are definitely a plus in my book. I also recently watched The Guardian, with Ashton Kutcher and Kevin Costner, and it's pretty good. It kept my attention and I'd probably watch it again.
I've been meaning to post these pictures for a while, but just haven't gotten around to it, so I thought I'd throw them in to spice up the post. So here they are:
Toby's not quite sure what to make of snow
The First (and only) Real Snow in Chatt. this Winter
Kaley's Christmas Photo (one of many takes!)
Toby with his Christmas deer, which he promptly destroyed

(her shirt says "I've been so good!")

Willow Springs Park, Johnson City

Kaley and I made strawberry cupcakes for her 3rd birthday and of course a taste-testing was in order!

Toby and Bo sitting next to each other and not barking-it's a small miracle
